3 years ago, in the small town of Sonbhadra district in Uttar Pradesh, I embarked on a remarkable journey. It all began in my 10th-grade classroom, where I witnessed my brother and friend, Suraj Bagla, receive the news of his acceptance into Shri Ram College of Commerce, fondly known as SRCC. Little did I know, this pivotal moment would set the course for my own aspirations.
With stars in my eyes and Inspiration from Suraj's achievement, I discovered a burning passion for the world of finance and consulting. The path I yearned to tread was clear - I had to secure a place at SRCC. With my unwavering determination and a spectacular 98% score in 10th grade, I chose the commerce stream. From that day forward, my sole mission in life was to set foot in the hallowed halls of SRCC.
The journey ahead was not for the faint of heart. I knew that I had to outshine my competition, and I was ready to sacrifice whatever it took. Late nights were spent poring over textbooks, and social gatherings, parties, and even family events were pushed to the wayside. I was on a mission, and my commitment knew no bounds.
The real trial came during his 12th-grade year. The balancing act of preparing for class 12 exams and the highly competitive Common Undergraduate Entrance Test (CUET) was a Herculean task. But I had a motto I lived by, a saying inspired by the wisdom of Lord Krishna, "karm karo, fal ki chinta mat karo" – Do your duty, but don't worry about the results. With this motto, I steered my ship through the turbulent waters.
My days were structured meticulously. I focused on my daily tasks and practised relentlessly. The pressure was immense, but I persevered. Through the dark nights and relentless dedication, I emerged as a shining star. The result was nothing short of spectacular - a remarkable 782 out of 800 marks in CUET.
My dream had come true. I had secured admission into SRCC, a journey that had begun as a distant aspiration and transformed into a resounding reality. My story serves as a reminder that with dedication and excellence, anything is possible. All the very best to all the readers !!!
